From The Heart- Need My Own Space

I wonder, would i be inspired to do more of the things i love if i had a space designed just for that thing? Would I blog more if i had my own office or would i start sewing if i had my own studio?

Reading Nook!!

Reading Nook!! by lisajean1957 featuring a door mirror

My aunt came over this past weekend and we made a skirt and a dress. She sews but wishes she had her own space to do it in. When she’s finished her project for the day, she can turn off the light, leave everything as is, and walk away. For now, she has to use the dining room table, and pack up everything once she's done. Here's what i think, we just have to make the best of it for the time being and go for it. Sometimes we use something
as simple as experience, and needing a man cave or a cute office before we even start anything( it’s called stalling, JUST DIVE RIGHT IN). So you may not have your own room, (whether it’s an inspiration wall on the closet, a book shelf, a chair and a side table where you can write, or even an inspirational board) make it the best it can possibly be.
I chose this collage because it’s not really a complete room. Instead, there are bits and pieces of what could potentially be a comfy space to read, write, design, or edit videos. Make your space a little more you so that you can be inspired. Add bouquets of bright flowers here and there. Refurnish your favorite chair with a nice pop of color. Place a lamp in a dark corner to help brighten up your new found space. Hang up a painting that inspires you to dream even bigger. Update that old dream board of yours with your new dreams and goals. While you’re in your little inspirational space DREAM.  Continue to dream about the space you would love whether it’s something like the ‘’Reading Nook’’ above, something more simple (which is something I would go for), or something more grand.

Do you have a special place where you feel most inspired?
What things inspire you?
I would love to hear from you!
