From the heart : big dreams + big rejections

Big Dreams Big Rejections
This is for the vibrant lady with just a big dream and a plan.
Have you ever been rejected?
Have you ever told someone about a wonderful dream that you've been fantasizing about only to get a funny look or ''that’s not a very good idea''. Someone probably laughed in your face. What happens next? You start second guessing yourself and even worse, you start thinking that maybe that dream is too big.  You with the pretty face holding on to those big dreams, Silence those LIES right this instant! You might not have the money to make it happen right now, but you'll find ways around it! Who are you to achieve this? You're a beautiful & talented dreamer that will overcome every obstacle in order to get to where she wants to be. So everyone will think you're crazy, huh? Let them. I'm sure everyone thought Oprah's dreams were WAYYY out of her league too, but that didn't stop her. Unfortunately to some of you, what you've read is just a bunch of letters put together to make sentences. You need proof that you can make it. The truth is, I can't prove that, but you can!

Take Oprah for example. She was fired from a news station in Baltimore for showing to much emotion & compassion during her interviews( emotion and compassion are two of the words we now associate her brand with). The people that rejected her, clearly didn’t see what she was capable of. What about actor, producer, play writer and songwriter, Tyler Perry? For years only his close friends and family attended his plays.. it wasn’t until he was ready to call it quits that things began to turn around for him. It takes faith and dedication. It takes you believing in yourself enough to not give-up. Remember that you are not the first or last person to ever get rejected. Take that rejection and allow it to propel you.
I leave you with this lovely quote:

“You can dance in the storm. Don't wait for the rain to be over before because it might take too long. You can can do it now. Wherever you are, right now, you can start, right now; this very moment.”

Don't wait until you get your ducks in a row.
START THIS INSTANT.

Tell me something you are ready to start right now!
What steps are you taking today to help you get there ?!
I would love to hear from you ~
