Lately, I've been really watching the foods and drinks I allow myself to consume. I love candy, cakes, pies, custards, juices from concentrate, sodas, and the list goes on. I know I’m not the only one out there who eats these simple sugar filled, delicious but bad, no nutrition offering snacks and drinks. Well then, why don’t you embark on this journey with me? Maybe you want to start going to school feeling different about yourself, you want to feel more energized, or maybe you want to improve the health of your skin( yes diet plays a huge role, TRUST ME). The ultimate goal for us will be a healthier lifestyle, PERIOD.
I am proud to announce that I have been drinking 6-8 cups of water consistently and I've limited my sugar intake by about 80% for sure. But I have to admit ladies, I stopped by Amscot to pay my electrical bill and I could not resist the tootsie rolls. It’s not like they ask you if you want any.. they assume you do, then hand you a handful as if they earn commission on how many of those yummy treats they can give out. Well surely I didn't say ‘’ no thank you’’; I figured it was a little gift to myself for a job well done. As you can see it’s not easy but I’m sure I’ll be more successful if I had you on my team.
