For the past couple of days i have been soo tired to do things around the house but i still try to get things done.We all experience this at some point. You have a long day at work and the last thing you think about is cleaning up the house. Some days we may be even unmotivated to cook or follow a schedule even. Well, i think i know what might help.
Its easy to get into slumps when:
1. You feel like you have too much to do
2. You would much rather take a nap or work on your hobbies
or
3. You're just being lazy.
1. If you feel like you have way too much on your plate then write a list of everything you can think of that needs to get done. Every single thing. Starting the day you created the list pick two or three things that are a priority and strive to get those things done. Two or three goals are do-able; you don't want to overwhelm or disappoint yourself if you cant get to the end of unattainable goals.
2.
Instead of relaxing first, complete a few things you feel need to get done for that day. I have a notebook i carry around everywhere. In that notebook i have a section for the bills that need to be paid & things to do around the house, a section where i jot down things we need do for school , and lastly a section about my blog. Once those tasks, whatever they may be are completed , reward yourself with something you want like taking a nap, or blogging for instance. Why not? You earned it.
3.
Lastly, avoid being lazy at all costs. Even if you are tired, try to get a few things out of the way. It can be so hard to break a bad habit especially this one. The only advise for being lazy is ''GET UP AND DO SOMETHING''. That's how you break it.
Too Many slumps can you feeling overwhelmed and being unproductive which can lead to you stressing out and still not getting anything done.
